"....Could not have asked for a better team to partner with. It was vital for us and the time and money we've invested."
"My experience with the Tetra Growth team exceeded my expectations. The level of focused attention they gave to us was something I never would have received from other companies. The Tetra team walked with us in building out our application and helped lead us to the right partnerships along the way (and, maybe more importantly, helped us avoid the companies that weren't good). Their work gave me confidence that we submitted the very best application we could with the state and that we stood out from the rest. Thank you, Tetra!"
"Tetra excels at simplifying a complicated process. Unlike other teams, her team seemed to always be looking ahead and planning for our future, not just our short term success. Each person we worked with has been able to take a massive amount of information, digest it, then provide us with a comprehensive explanation."
Female-Founded and Owned
Tetra Growth Systems was founded by Emily Seelman, Esq.
Emily brings with her experience in the start-up industry as well as a legal background. Emily attended Grove City College, a Christian Conservative school located in Grove City, Pennsylvania, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing, graduating with high honors in Marketing Management and Dean’s List with Distinction. After college, Emily attended Duquesne University School of Law and graduated Cum Laude with an award for the highest grade in Expert Evidence. During her time in law school, Emily was an Associate Editor for the Duquesne Law Review Journal and received the Distinguished Junior Staff Editor Award. She served as the law school representative for the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association-Women in Law Division, Vice President of the Christian Legal Society and worked as a student-representative for the Barbri Bar Preparation Company. She was a three-year Merit Scholarship recipient for high levels of achievement.
Emily practiced as an Associate Attorney in the Civil Litigation and Employment law sections of Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC, the 13th largest law firm in the City of Pittsburgh. She also worked with the firm’s legal cannabis team in preparing applications for individuals applying for Pennsylvania medical marijuana permits.
As she worked in the cannabis industry, she saw a MAJOR problem: most consulting companies prepared generic templates that did not help applicants stand out from their competition when applying for dispensary or cultivation licenses in highly-competitive states. And these companies were charging an arm-and-a-leg to do it. But clients don't know this, so they pay the "green tax" and get mediocre service.
That's when Emily decided to build her own consulting company that offers services better than her competitors in 3 ways:
1. Offer world-class service built to the client's unique needs.
2. Keep costs as low as possible for clients.
3. Use teams of cannabis industry experts, former government contract writers, and individuals holding their law licenses, to successfully help businesses and individuals from all over the country find their success in cannabis.
